Sales Enablement Leader (Intelligrated) - (OH)

This role will be working closely with our frontline sales teams and sales managers to ensure that commercial teams across Honeywell Intelligrated can understand how to execute per our Commercial process utilizing salesforce.com and other digital platforms to surpass business objectives. This position will be responsible for executing communication and training strategies around our commercial digital tools programs and supporting our sales organization.

The successful candidate will identify specific sales challenges around process and tool adoption and will work closely with senior commercial leadership, IT and other functions to address such. He/she will strongly collaborate with sales, inside sales, sales support, marketing, product management, services and legal teams to ensure improved commercial performance across all business units.

  • Follow a user-centric approach and understand real challenges – their goals, aptitudes, experiences, needs, and motivations.
  • Focus on adoption from a user-perspective and balance users' needs alongside business goals and technical capabilities.
  • Work closely with the commercial excellence team, sales team, software developers and architects to determine necessary features and contribute to the functionality development.
  • Help design creative solutions that promote user adoption, and ease of use to support the business needs.
  • Leverage proven change management methodologies as well as a strong understanding of individual and organizational psychological factors that influence and drive behavior change.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree
WE VALUE
  • Min of ten years of experience in a commercial role (sales, marketing, business development and similar).
  • Previous sales experience (min of 3 years).
  • Three or more years of experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of salesforce.com functionality and development experience.
  • Master’s Degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of and working experience with gamification techniques/tools, considered a plus.
  • High level of technical competency in organizational change management and principles, methods and tools.
  • Change management trainings/certifications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships, influence decisions and work well with others.
  • Superior customer service orientation, high motivation, ability to take initiative.
  • Superior communication skills both written and oral, as well as presentation development and delivery capabilities.
  • Up to 20% travel may be required.
