The Account Manager, Service Replacement is the primary sales and marketing interface with the Mexican, Caribbean, and Central American Aftermarket accounts and marketing contacts for the defined sales territory. This person is responsible for ensuring the annual sales targets and margins are met while meeting the business receivables objective. Develop strong business relationships with all key players, understand market key drivers, complete competitor analysis and deliver input to the NA Sr. Sales Leader as well as the NA Aftermarket General Manager. Additionally, this role is directly responsible for regional on-line, web, media, customer facing events, and advertising strategies/budgets/execution.
Responsible for optimizing regional channel efficiencies are by ensuring the sales and marketing targets are met by working closely with the Mexico, Caribbean, and Central American customers in developing their sales and marketing strategies and promotions. Provide market related channel, white space and demand analysis, maintain opportunity assessments and make appropriate recommendations to develop the region.
Agree to annual customer targets, development programs and all other customer commercial interfaces. Liase with the Customer Support Team to manage the on time delivery of parts to customers. Ensure AOP, Account Receivables, Sales Forecast and Margin targets are met. Act as primary contact for customers if issues arise. Support the strategies set forth by the Sr. Sales Leader, Aftermarket GM, and/or Global Aftermarket Leadership.
Support the NA Sales Leader and Aftermarket GM with competitive information in order to evaluate and develop the sales strategy for the independent turbocharger aftermarket. Provide support to the Aftermarket customers at Trade Events by providing marketing and product information, updates on turbocharger industry trends and development. Maintain and develop channel, application, competitor, customer and market profiles to aid the company in estimating and evaluating the market size, opportunity and performance of the regional customers and other sales channels. Coordinate the service replacement customer facing events including all activities associated with the event (planning/execution/installation & dismantle/media, etc). Work with designated agencies and internal partners to develop marketing collateral & materials and media communications. Provide support to larger IAM Marketing team and NA customers as required.
