One area of focus in Mexico is Continuous Web Solutions which includes the Pulp and Paper industry where our domain expertise will make significant economic and quality improvements for our customers.
We are seeking an experienced, highly professional individual who will provide the sales leadership required in Mexico as the Account Manager for P&P/Continuous Web Solutions. The P&P/CWS Account Manager should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely
manner and deliver a positive customer experience. He/She will own the complete HPS Orders results along with the customer experience.
Main Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for all business related to the growth of this market in the country
Interact with key Business (VP GMs & Regional Leaders), Sales and Marketing Leaders to ensure there is alignment between the business and sales needs
Maintain corporate level relationships with key P&P/CWS accounts
Work directly on accounts with significant opportunities to grow business
Owns the Sales Execution Strategy for the CGI for Mexico
Key contributor to Overall HOS Gold Strategy for the initiative (X-Matrix)
Retain existing customers and grow CWS sales within the country
Provide guidance and support to Sales Directors, Regional Sales Managers and Account
Managers on the growth of this initiative in the pole
Provide leadership to all account managers in the country focusing on the initiative
Work closely with Marketing and Technology for successful product launches and
achieve New Product Introduction targets for the country
Collaborate, cooperate and lead other Account Managers in the strategy and execution
required to generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
5-10 years of experience within the automation & process industry, preferably
with Continuous Web Solutions experience.
Solutions background, including Control Systems and Software Solutions
Spanish and English languages, oral and written
Knowledge and proven track record in sales to the P&P or CWS markets
Understand and explain ROI for value add solutions for the P&P/CWS industry
Knowledge of P&P/CWS market, requirements, applications, solutions and key
Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
Proven track record in sales or people management
Proven business acumen in driving growth of installed base and adjacent markets.
Strong ability to manage through influence
Skills in areas of planning and holding commercial negotiations
Excellent verbal/written/presentation skills.
Ability to communicate and collaborate at executive management levels internally and
Demonstrated experience in conflict management
Experienced in the use of CRM tools and Strategic Selling methodologies such as
"Value Based Selling"
Ability and willingness to travel with typically 40-50% away from home.
