Sr Facilities Engineer

Work as part of a team by providing facilities management and operational activities at Honeywell Aerospace. You will ensure that the facility, properties and office service functions operate effectively and efficiently. You will provide professional services to operate, renovate and maintain building, systems and equipment while meeting the needs of the building occupants.

Provide expertise on assigned projects concerning design, construction, development, or installation of buildings and facilities

Drive continuous improvements throughout the site location in support of Honeywell Facilities and Honeywell Operating System related activities

Be part of a team that creates an effective and clean work environment for others

60 Coordinate project activities

15 Analyze budget

15 Identify and prioritize work

10 Evaluate/recommend equipment

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements
WE VALUE
  • Ability to lead and direct the work of others (facilities trades and outside general contractors)
  • In depth experience in facilities management in a manufacturing environment
  • Some experience in project management
  • Strong analytical skills and creative thinking
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
