Develop and provide training content consistent with the language and localization requirements for the Canadian market. Manage and oversee the day-to-day training programs for internal and external customers. Apply the latest adult learning techniques to training creation and delivery. Provide reports, dashboards and scorecards related to training. Measure and report on training effectiveness and activity. Partner with business leaders to ensure alignment of training with business goals. Ensure team member performance and development meets or exceed SpinCo defined standards of excellence through coaching, motivating, observing and evaluating. Ensure the quality, integrity and currency of training materials and courses such that these provide maximum value to customers. Provide best in class customer service to customers when communicating and executing training programs. Support Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) initiatives to build improved product knowledge. Provide feedback derived from field interactions with customers. Learning Management System (LMS) administration for the region. Contribute to New Product Introduction (NPI) ensuring that Canadian-specific requirements are considered during concept and development. Aid in the beta testing of new products and services. Assist with the development of a customer-centric culture throughout the CX organization. Up to 75% business travel.
This position will be responsible for managing the technical training function in Canada for SpinCo internal and external customers. It is responsible for team leadership, language and localizations for training content, LMS administration and driving metrics that are aligned with business goals and objectives. This role reports to the SpinCo Global Training Leader and is part of the Customer Experience (CX) function.
