Indirect Procurement Specialist

Primary Responsabilities Include:

•Provide global support of Operating Supplies Category Strategy Team

•Introduce Net 120 policy to all suppliers globally

•Identify Payment Terms standardization opportunities and negotiate

•Drive actions from One source monthly spend reports

•Accelerate supplier global MPO standardization

•Day to day customer services to drivers

•Reinforce Honeywell Car Fleet policies, MRO and Facilities Process

•Update and maintain policies and fleet webpages

•Business Mileage Reimbursement and Car rental services

•Manage Hon insurance renovations and new drivers

•Follow up on transitions related to acquisitions and divestures

•Fleet website updates/Operating supplies sharepoint updates

LATAM Fleet management program implementation support

•LATAM policy support

•Fleet app creation/support

•Introduce Honeywell Fleet policy webpage to Mexico and CESAR

•Business Mileage Reimbursement CESAR

•Personal use charge increase project / Approval and implementation

•Increase productivity % for Americas

•Accelerated replacement program for NA

•Tolls and violations - deploy new generation programs

•Upfitter VE project

•RFP support/analysis - Introduce Fleet Logistics to CESAR

•Alert Driving set up for new employees and new program deployment

•Vehicle manintenance approval

•LATAM coordination new vehicle replacement

•Mexico insurance management

•Coordination with Mexico HR personnel for individual contract creation

•ad hoc fleet reporting for SBU's

The successful candidate will have/be: •Knowledge of sourcing, strategic sourcing processes, negotiation experience

•Experience with Indirect Commodities (MRO & Facilities Services) a plus

•BA/BS in Business or other relevant discipline. 3-5 years of relevant Sourcing experience

•Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel, etc)

•Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

•Capable of moving past barriers, being self-directed/motivated

•Capable of independently working on multiple projects simultaneously

•Ability to multi-task projects and assess priorities in a complex and demanding environment

Possesses excellent verbal and written communication

•Demonstrated program management skills and ability to drive projects to completion

•Ability to handle multiple customers/priorities with minimal supervision

•Ability to work in a virtual environment

•Communicates clearly; balances listening and speaking; respects others while they speak and responds thoughtfully; reflects on people’s concerns; easy to approach

•Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal customers; establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal customers and suppliers to gain their trust and respect
