You will be part of the Automation and Cognitive Services Technology group and in this role, you will work on the design and implementation of various transformative and critical automation, AI, ML/Deep Learning enhanced business uses cases. This developer role/position will work with the Automation Delivery team, IT business partners, Functional consultants, and infrastructure/technology teams to meet customer requirements. This is a core developer role focused primarily on delivering Automation through RPA, ChatBots, RDA, Process Automation and AI/ML, with an additional focus on innovation and new technologies implementation. You will be responsible for the end-end delivery of automation/AI use cases from pilot/design to release. We are open to this role being located at our Honeywell facilities in Morris Plains, NJ, Tempe, AZ or Atlanta, GA .

YOU WILL:

·Design, Build and Deploy RPA, RDA, ChatBots, Process Automation use cases using leading Automation delivery platforms

·Work in a startup-type environment to design and build innovative applications using Automation, ML from functional proofs-of-concepts to production ready scalable solutions

·Bring end-end solution thinking to factor in licensing, security, scalability and performance in every use-case deployed

·Work on developing/training ML Models and API’s and enhancing existing process with cognitive capabilities

·Actively participate and propose technical guidance in requirement gathering/process assessments for RPA opportunities, including preparing documentation of solutions and presenting to senior leadership for approval

·Use problem solving skills for issues that arise in day-to-day running of RPA processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required; Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, evaluate and modify RPA solutions

·Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager and provide inputs to the change control process

·Help develop standard operation practices and support the Operations Teams through UAT and after go-live

·Work closely with the operations team to change, optimize existing RPA processes and help build effective alert and notification framework to proactively identify problems/issues before business impact

·Partner and effectively communicate with Non-IT / Business users, functional counterparts and stakeholders to understand the underlying business problem, and work with the extended team to define and communicate the right technical solution

* YOU MUST HAVE: *

·Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering fields

·Minimum 3+ years of experience in Node JS, R, Python, JAVA programming with 3+ years of experience leading development teams

·Minimum 1+ year development experience in RPA Tools & Platform & Implementations: Examples - UiPath, Automation Anywhere and other leading RPA platform vendors

·Minimum 1+ Years’ experience in Chat Bot platforms & Implementation

WE VALUE:

·1+ years’ experience building IT use cases/solutions with tools such as TensorFlow, Torch, Theano, or MXNet

·1+ years’ experience in Web services/Restful APIs /Integration/BPM (Business Process Management)

·Experience in SAP and other ERP Platforms

·Experience in SAP Integration and integration with other ERP platforms

·Working Experience in Cloud Infrastructure, security and deployment options: Example - AWS/Azure/Google Cloud

·Working Experience in an Agile/Scrum/Scaled Agile and DevOps based team environment

·Certifications Process Automation Area / AI / ML
