Supervise a Field Service Engineering team for the HBS organization. You will apply your leadership skills to improve team performance. You will ensure engagement in new opportunities for market penetration, team deployment, and sales growth. You will liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and explore additional revenue-generating opportunities. You will drive and improve metric reporting procedures and own financial metrics, targets and budgets. You will lead quick and effective closure of any improvement opportunities. You will define team expectations and communicate those to stakeholder. You will act as mentor to train and develop future managers.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • BS – in Engineering or Technology such as Mechanical, Electrical, Construction, or Instrumentation
  • 3 or more years’ leadership or supervisory experience
  • 5 or more years of experience working with technical systems such as HVAC, fire alarm and/orsecurity systems
  • 3 or more years of experience managing small teams (2/3 reports)
  • Valid Drivers License

  • Experience managing small teams (2/3 reports) in the HVAC, fire and security market places is strongly preferred
  • Experience with system integration, networking and software interfaces
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written

  • Excellent customer service skills
