This is an exciting time to join Honeywell’s Corporate team as a Senior HR Generalist! In this role, you will provide HR generalist support for Law, Government Relations, HSE as well as HR and Communications. The Senior HR Generalist works with client groups, and cross-functional teams, and leaders, to broker HR services and drive organization and people related initiatives.
In this role, you will
•Lead key HR functions for your client groups, including staffing, organizational design and development, talent management and employee relations.
•Increase the overall performance of the organization as a strong business partner for client groups
•Build a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing and retaining top talent
•Drive continuous improvement and lead change
•Help manage operational effectiveness of the HR organization and use analytics to drive HR decisions

YOU MUST HAVE:
•Some Human Resources Generalist experience
•Excellent communication skills
•Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
•Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
•Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
•Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
