Honeywell Global Security (HGS) is searching for a Security Incident/Workplace Violence expert. This position will be responsible for engaging key stakeholders with effective program analysis, developing training, and helping enforce proactive policies and protocols as well as enhancing reporting company wide.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
oManages efforts to raise awareness of security incident response, training and exercise/drills to key stakeholders from Senior Leader to all facilities globally.
oOversee the Workplace Violence Prevention Awareness
oManage the creation and continued maintenance of training content. This includes management of computer-based training modules in the organization’s Learning Management System.
§Manages the roll-out and delivery of the training program to employees and key stakeholders.
oCollaborate on the ongoing implementation of companywide drills/exercises in concert with the Physical Security Team on the broader Incident Management Program. This includes closely working with key partners such as Investigations, HS&E and Human Resources to ensure program alignment and procedural cohesion during an emergency or crisis response.
oResponsible for implementation and program administration for key physical security integration activities within HGS.
