Sr Field Service Specialist

In this role Field Service Technician provide high quality services to customers throughout the service district and greater service region as required.

Field Service Technician will provide training to our customers and verify the operational performance and data quality of systems in order to contribute to our overall team success.

Responsibilities:

  • Positively influences a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Uses enhanced troubleshooting skills to resolve Customer issues.
  • Works independently and prioritizes work schedule of service calls.
  • Maintains local tool and parts inventory to ensure adequate supply.
  • Stays current on technical knowledge through participation in training programs, reading technical bulletins, and attending Regional Specialist call forums.
  • Represent local field expertise on a Field Product Team as required.
  • Perform all administrative duties in a concise and timely manner.

We are looking for a motivated Field Service Technician that can work to ensure the high quality of customer service. The goal is to maximize customer commitment and the prosperity of business by producing results in a timely manner.

Technical education (diploma) – electronic systems/industrial automation – technician level

2-3 years of experience as a Field Service Specialist
