We are currently seeking a results driven Lead Field Service Specialist to service customer sites and working on cutting edge technology in this fast paced and rewarding role based in Newcastle.

You will be a self-starter who can work autonomously with exceptional problem solving ability. You will be passionate about maximising customer satisfaction and minimising downtime by providing exceptional technical support.

25 Inspect for Quality

25 Install or Repair Work Orders

25 Provide Customer Support

25 Mentor and Train Jr. Field Service Representatives

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Understanding of Maintenance, servicing and calibration of all BMS and other associated equipment
  • Ability to manage small to medium project installations
  • Investigating and diagnosing faults and maintaining site as per QAM’s
  • Ability to alter program code(basic skills with a willingness to advance)
  • Mentor junior technicians and help out in Team when needed
  • Knowledge of different control protocols(Modbus, BacNet, Lon and Cbus)
  • Willingness to work overtime and go on to a call out roster once site experience is attained
  • Willingness to train and improve with technological advancements
