We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Program Manager to join us on a 2yr fixed term contractand lead our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Participation and Procurement program. Your success will stem from your enthusiasm about engaging, recruiting, supporting and empowering Aboriginal and Torres and Strait Islander people in their career journey.
You will be the co ordinator of our RAP commitments and lead the report out to Reconciliation Australia. Spear heading the team to construct our Innovate RAP. Our goal is to increase and liaise with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander diversity in the business and develop our liaison with communities.
You will build the framework for our RAP and be the focal point for co-ordination of the programs throughout the organisation. Partnering with our Early Careers Team who liaises with universities and co-ordinates sponsorships and mentor programs.
There is an opportunity for client liaison in discussing HON’s IPP and RAP commitments with customers and coaching and training employees to be able to represent this directly to customers.
