The Clinical Consultant (CC) will be a field-based clinician responsible for the implementation, account management and clinical consulting activities that are essential to service new and existing accounts. The CC will report to the Director of Clinical Operations and work toward achieving the goals and objectives of the business. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. They must have proficiency at managing account relationships with a variety of stakeholders and project management skills. The candidate mustbe able to work independently but also must collaborate and function as a field team member.

The CC will establish a positive working relationship with all departments and staff and will be closely aligned with the sales team to realize consistent objectives and goals. This position requires 50-75% travel time. East territory regions covers clients from Virginia to Maine.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical services consistent with organizational policies and company standards

• Attends sales meetings, presentations and trade-shows as needed

• Manages the onboarding and implementation of new hardware and software productsand /or services for new and existing accounts

• Provides strategic planning and clinical program development strategies to a variety of stakeholders

• Manages accounts and provides reports and communication to the Director of Clinical Operations and per company standards

• Executes on quality metrics for the territory and is accountable for set metrics

• Works with product development to ensure current and future technology meets clinical needs of the business

• Requires significant travel expectations

• Performs other task, as assigned

MUST HAVES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, experience with account management and/or consulting

WE VALUE

  • Direct clinical experience
  • Working familiarity and credible expertise in best-clinical standards of practice from healthcareindustry
  • History of working in the medical device industry and/or medical software
