Sales Support Specialist

_ Co-Op Management: _

·Interface with Sales Leaders, Customers, Marketing and Credit and to ensure transparent and effective management of customer promotional and rebate programs for the Fire Brands of Honeywell Fire.

·Interface with Marketing Leaders to ensure program compliance and efficacy

·Provide data analytics, as needed.

Other Responsibilities

·Support customer contract activities, including but not limited to terminations, additions, amendments; as needed.

·Assist in governmental contracts compliance reporting, as needed

·Provide Certificate of Origins, as requested by customers, as needed

·Partner with CRM team to support Salesforce initiatives

YOU MUST HAVE
  • High School Diploma or GED
WE VALUE
  • Moderate Sales Support experience
  • 5+ Years of General Business Experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Strong knowledge of MicroSoft Office, SAP, BI preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
