For out SIOT business in the region of Frankfurt/Main, we are looking for a
Junior Sales Manager m/f SIoT - DACH Region
• Product Management on pricing, quotes, growth initiatives and portfolio adjustments
• Field Application Engineers to generate demand for focus products and New Product Introductions
• Quality functions to drive issues at selected accounts to closure
• Inside Sales team on leads and growth initiatives
• Customer Care team to assist on delivery issues and sample deliveries which require sales support

30 Manage Sales Cycle
20 Provide Excellent Customer Support
10 Report Business Activities
10 Work with Larger Sales Organizations
The position requires a huge degree of motivation, teaming capabilities and self-confidence with high level of integrity and a large breadth of knowledge, experience and expertise.
•Experience working in a customer interfacing role: either Inside or Outside Sales
•Engineering degree in disciplines related to the Sensing business – i.e.: Electronics, Automation, Electro mechanics or Mechatronics, Mechanics.
•Experience in working with CRM-Tools – i.e. Salesforce.com
•Technical knowledge and application Know How in one or more of the following market segments: Industrial Automation, Aerospace, Medical Equipment and/or Transportation and the associated sensor technologies is highly appreciated.
•Fluency in German and English language, both oral and written.
•Experience in working with multi-national companies, especially in a virtual team
•Excellent communication and presentation skills both internal and external
•Willingness to travel. The role requires a min. 20% customer facing time
