Position Summary

Strategically develop assigned sales on glove concepts within the region of Poland and Slovakia in coordination with Sales Leader (SL) and Sales and Application Specialists (SAAS). Prescribe and qualify solutions at end-customer level. Support and coordinate work with Area Sales Managers (ASMs) on technical understanding of concepts and products. Accompany TSMs on distributor and end user visits if necessary.

Primary responsibilities

• Develop sales of gloves and meet sales targets applying concepts

• Visit key end-users and key accounts as a priority to develop sales and promote concept work

• Engage directly with the End Users or jointly with ASMs to win specific business opportunities or projects where specific and core expertise is required

• Master technical aspects of assigned products to propose adapted solutions to customers

• Take direct account management responsibility on specific market segments driven by particular technical solutions

• Report on daily basis in salesforce.com

• Working closely with sales team, identify opportunities, demonstrate their viability and set up the appropriate strategy to close the deal.

• Train sales forces on new solutions, concept work and provide technical expertise to ASMs

• Review sales performance on a periodical basis and recommend action in order to meet the plan

• Provide opportunities input for concept work

• Provide sales forecasts on a monthly basis according to the SIOP process.

• Monthly report on activities and quarterly detailed review of sales action plan

• Communicate market needs & trends to SaaS and Product Line Leader

• Contribute to the definition of the sales strategy for the assigned products and territory

• Collect competitive information, pricing, and strengths and weaknesses of competition and share them with SAAS

• Provide input for the AOP

• Provide sales forecasts on a monthly basis according to the SIOP process.

• Meet pricing and margin objectives.

• Liaise and participate with Marcom for any promotional activity or communication related to their product

• Identify opportunities for other product lines and communicate them to ASMs, SAASs and SL.

• Experience in B2B sector

• Customer-facing technical experience,

• Selling experience to end customers would be an asset

• Experience in sales of products through indirect sales channels (distributors)

• Business fluent in written and spoken English. Other languages used in the Region is an advantage.

• Presentation and communication skills

• University degree, technical education

• Ready to travel in the assigned region of 3 countries (Poland and Slovakia) up to 80% of the time
