We have a fantastic opportunity for a Facility Manager – Total Asset Management (Service) , based in Kalgoorlie, WA.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to take charge of the overall day to day management of the building and has responsibility for sub- contractor management, maintenance under the contract, customer reporting, risk management, monitoring of procedures, meeting contractual reporting requirements, managing safety of building occupants & public, liaising with key stakeholders, and the operators/users of the facility.

In support of operations, Honeywell, as the day to day onsite facility manager, delivers a comprehensive suite of services including:

· Building Management;

· Cleaning;

· Grounds Maintenance;

· Pest Control;

· Energy and Utilities Management;

· Waste Management and Recycling;

· Security;

· Help Desk;

· Administration, reception and switchboard;

· Car parking and meeting room management; and

· Refurbishment; and

· Minor works management; and

· Modifications where relevant

To be considered for the position, you will have experience of the following;

· General building maintenance and trade knowledge

· Essential service requirements

· Strong understanding in Mechanical/Electrical systems

· Facility Management experience in commercial sector (essential) and high- profile buildings (preferred)

· Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information

· Sub-Contractor management

· Financial accountability and reporting for building (e.g. budget management etc.)

· Ability to understand, interpret and comply with contracts and contractual requirements

· Undertaken hazard and risk assessments

· Australian standards – building / commercial maintenance

· Australian OHS legislation and compliance
