Honeywell Aerospace Trading (HAT) is an exciting and growing business servicing the commercial aviation aftermarket by providing reconditioned products at competitive prices, short lead times, and exceptional quality. The business buys and sells used products on the open market, purchases airframes and dismantles them for sellable products, and markets excess and surplus Honeywell material.
You will provide leadership for a team of business managers who set the product strategy and are responsible for business performance of the HAT products and services.These responsibilities include strategy, AOP planning, pricing, product leadership, and execution of the business. You will also be leading a group of highly skilled systems managers providing database support, business decision systems and data analytics.
You will be accountable for providing critical inputs to the strategic plan and the annual operating plan.You will also be accountable for revenue growth, margin expansion, inventory management, and time to market commitments. This role is accountable to profit and loss at the product level. This role is also responsible for developing the product and services offerings deploying them.
You will report to the Vice President / General Manager of the HAT business.You will be performing the following activities:
