YOU MUST HAVE
  • High School Diploma

  • Have practical experience working with engineering equipment
  • Be able to find effective solutions based on root causes; and apply six sigma procedures.
  • Sound technical judgment and opinions.
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with other individuals in a team or project setting.
  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
  • Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.
  • Extensive experience with check and adjust of turbine engine parts
  • Ability to check sheet metal and machined parts to B/P and adjust them to B/P requirements
  • Includes straightening, rounding parts up, expanding, forming, contour adjustments, flatness, enhancing cosmetics, and other adjustments
  • Background in fixture design
  • Additional background in Mill / Wire EDM / Waterjet / Welding / Tooling.
