These engineers will be part of the Organizational Delegation Authorization (ODA) organization and will support regulatory approval of major repairs and alterations. This position requires extensive interaction with component analysis, project engineering, manufacturing engineering, FAA, and quality. This position specializes in certification and airworthiness issues pertaining to: overhaul and repair instructions, aftermarket 145 repair stations, substantiation plans, test plans, regulatory compliance, and instructions for continued airworthiness.
This position will support aftermarket products including Integrated Pneumatic Systems (valves), heat exchangers, air cycle machines, alternators, generators, cabin pressure systems, turbine engines, auxiliary power units, and electrical systems and equipment.
Review and approve repair substantiation plans, repair instructions, and instructions for continued airworthiness
Find compliance with applicable FAA regulations
Ensure company compliance with FAA regulations
Serve as focal point in discussions with the Regulatory Agencies as pertains to the Aftermarket
Stay current with all required ODA and FAA training
Provide regulatory guidance to global engineering repair organization
Ensure significant service related difficulties are investigated
20 Interface between Unit Leaders and Administrators

20 Conduct Training
20 Educate team on guidelines and documentation
20 Ensure Honeywell Procedures Manual is Followed
