HOS OTC Site Recovery Specialist
This position can be based out of any major Honeywell HUB location in the UK
This role will travel extensively, 75% of the year
Responsibilities of the role:
Work with and influence Multi-Site Leaders, Plant Leadership, Site and Regional HOS Order to Cash (Honeywell Operating System) teams to deploy SBG HOS Order to Cash plan
You will be responsible for deploying the site recovery team standard process to make targeted improvements.
You will program manage multiple site improvement efforts.
You will coach and mentor Sites and LOB Functional Leaders in the HOS OTC principles and practices.
You will achieve results through a combination of implementing, teaching, coaching, influencing and sharing best practices.
You will role model the 8 Honeywell behaviors to maximize impact of HOS OTC.
Drive performance improvement through deploying the Site Recovery Team standard process and coaching Site Leaders, HOS Site Leaders, ISC Multi Site Leaders and GBEs.
Connect the entire end-to-end value stream with the factories' operating system, including the new 4x4x4x4 framework, learning strategy, and connection to key business imperatives.
Influence key leaders to drive continuous improvement of HOS OTC knowledge.
Partner with Site Leadership/Functions/GBEs to work the most impactful improvements in the OTC value stream.

• Masters Degree and Lean Master preferred.
•Extensive experience in leading change initiatives and driving process excellence.
•Excellent personal discipline and organizational skills, strong action tendency, high say/do ratio.
•Passion for setting and maintaining standards through accountability.
•Multiple cycles of learning in operations or functional area at manager, site leader or equivalent level.
•Strong motivation to persevere against adversity, positive change agent.
•Significant Operations/Supply Chain/Supply Base/Distribution experience.
•Project management experience to manage multiple priorities in a highly matrixed organization.
•Track record of achieving results in challenging assignments.
•Formal project management and/or consultancy qualifications.
•Excellent business acumen to facilitate teams through end to end value stream activities. Results oriented with history of achievement against stretch goals, able to develop and deliver against plan.
•Skilled at influencing change and change management.
•Quickly and accurately identifies subtle interrelationships among a variety of problems and issues.
•Formal coaching qualifications.
•Working knowledge of operational business finance including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statement.
•Can develop simple, meaningful case for change from complex conflicting variables.
•Strong Socratic coaching skills.
•Experience being in a highly visible role in the implementation of HOS at sites.
•The ability to build, manage, energize and motivate high performing teams. Demonstrated team building/motivation with evidence of strong interpersonal skills to support change and transition management. Passion for improvement.
•Excellent communication skills with history of influencing multiple levels of the organization.
•Experience in formal contracting to gain commitment and resources to support change.
•Monitoring business results per site in line with the 5 Honeywell initiatives linking to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity and Cash Performance.
