BUSINESS PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
As a member of the Engines & Power System OEM Team, supporting major aircraft and helicopters European Manufacturers you will have the opportunity to learn the aerospace products and business.
You will support a team of professionals in charge to develop produce and sell aerospace equipment: Software, Cockpit, Auxiliary Power Units (APU), Engines, Environmental Control System (ECS). This will serves as a pipeline for our future business leaders with a specific focus on our strategic, high profile connectivity offerings. Is real job and while on program you will be able to experience multiple roles within the business.
You will provide support for a team of business managers who set the product strategy and are responsible for business performance. You will also support program managers who are responsible for development program execution. These responsibilities include strategy, planning, pricing, product leadership, and execution of the business.
Key Areas of Responsibility and Roles:
You will have the opportunity to work in multiple areas of our organization that will include:
Customer & Product Support: Lead initiatives to improve the customer experience; learn how Honeywell works from the Customers’ perspective. Spend time with Tech Ops and learn how our customers interact with our products.
Strategic Marketing : Analyze customers' and competitors' strategies and determine implications for Honeywell's ability to differentiate in the market. Perform segmentation analysis and develop the strategy that fits our competencies. Conduct market-back reports to leadership that analyze market erosion and growth; recommend strategies to claw back and drive revenue and operating income.
Long Cycle Sales / CBM : Participate in winning business and driving growth for Honeywell’s portfolio of selectable on new aircrafts, or selling long term repair and overhaul contracts for Honeywell products. As a CBM you would have a role in managing a portfolio of highly complex accounts representing significant annual revenue.
Program management : Planning project and program-level activities, applying necessary controls (including risk & opportunity), internal and external reporting.

•Actively pursuing a graduate degree (preferably in Business, Engineering or Computer Science) and/or Masters (Business or Marketing).
•Fluent English spoken and written
•Leadership ability–able to work effectively with and influence others toward project goals
•Strong business acumen
•Strong interpersonal skills–able to successfully cooperate and influence with those in other functions in a matrix organization
•Strong project management and presentation skills
