Responsible to perform the below day to day activities:

· Address the customer inbound calls and emails for WO dispatching requests (P.M., Chargeable, Emergency, Warranty, Install, Etc.)

· Create work order in FX and dispatch to specific technician as per the customer geography.

· Coordinate with Field Service Teams to ensure that the open work orders are completed within SLA.

· Ensure first call resolution to the customers.

· Review the new customer contracts and requirements with the District Service Leader and the Local Team Leader.

· Determine manpower scheduling and planning to ensure routine service, preventative maintenance and all planned dispatching requests are met.

· Ensure to meet the defined SLAs for all the performance metrics. (Phone metrics, email metrics etc.).

· Ensure to complete other GSRC tasks as assigned by the team leader. This may include the work with Honeywell after hours WO dispatch, National Accounts etc.

· Extract different reports like Open call, call history etc.as per the internal customer requirements.

· HOS deployment & Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to increase customer satisfaction and administration productivity & improved knowledge

YOU MUST HAVE
  • ·OnlyBachelor’s Degree in any stream (Not technically qualified- BE, MCA, any PHD)·Customerservice background – results driven·Minimum 2 years’ experience & Maximum 4 years·Hands on experience on Microsoft Office (Excel,PowerPoint, Word)Should be an active team player
