The Senior Leader leads several teams from the Services Center (HBS BSC) ensuring that the services are delivered per the initiatives and priorities of the operational support business team mandate. Key areas: Maintaining a partnership with leading teams relevant to the Center, aligning Center teams with behavior, standards and results (by conducting projects in the field of standardization and improvement involving more teams), fulfilling a mentor role for Center staff.

· Ensures (and responds to) that the subordinate teams perform, fulfilling their tasks in full and on time; ensure that operational and development requirements are met

· Builds and maintains a partnership of the HBS Leadership Center in the countries they work with, especially in the field of operations, strategy, priorities

· It leads the transformation into clear actions with well-defined results, for the teams in the Center and close partners, the strategies of the Services and the countries with which they work.

· It works in close collaboration with the Center's Leader and Functional Leaders to develop and sustain a disciplined and efficient structure of the Management Operating System (MOS) both in and out of the Center, including participants from all teams, representing proper

· It is an active promoter of the "we are a team" concept, helping to align the teams in the Center with those in the countries with which they work.

· Supports functional excellence in and outside the Center's teams; supports the exchange of information and best practices across Americas

· It is an active supporter of processes and initiatives for continuous improvement, paying special attention to teamwork

· Initiates and supports six sigma "Green belt" projects that bring improvements to processes and business in general

· Active in Honeywell Operating System (HOS) knowledge, develops and uses tools in the field of: kaizen, leadership standardized work (LSW), rapid problem solving (RPS), management visual and exchange of knowledge and good practices)

· Ensure that teams follow the HOS principles, provide the related tools (referred to in the previous paragraph), and ensure that they are used

· Supports teams in efforts to build process knowledge and quality

· Support Team Leaders and Functional Leaders in Addressing, Analyzing and Reducing Deviations

· He works with the Functional Leaders of the Functional Leaders to improve the functional performance in the Center, involving all the attitudes with which they work

· Undertakes identification and development of potential in subordinates; ensures that those who are subordinated to them directly learn and develop professionally so that they create a strong succession

· Regularly participate in personalized meetings with those who are directly subordinated to him / her; monitor results and observe behaviors, provide opinions and advice on a regular basis (including formal assessment sessions ->mid-year and end-of-year)

· Participate in [and / or conduct interviews, make recruitment decisions; facilitates the integration of newcomers into the team

· Supports direct subordinates in the development process, identifies strengths and points that require special attention and contributes to development plans

· Ensures that the flow of communication between the different teams they work with is not blocked, but fluid, healthy

· Provides permanent support to direct subordinates in day-to-day activities

· Monitor employee attendance / absences; provides relevant details to the right departments and if needed, acts to correct some facts.

· Setting goals for each member of the department

· Maintain up-to-date data in HR Direct

· Approve the reports with the proposals for award, sanctioning or termination of the employment contract;

· Establishment of training needs, provision of workplace training for new employees

· Establishment of development plans (technical & behavioral) for subordinate people, succession plan insurance.

· Performing annual employee performance evaluations based on individual set goals and Honeywell behaviors.

· Follows the implementation and observance of the internal rules and the rules of labor protection;

· Organizes the department's resources according to the organization's needs, respecting the legal rights of CO, overtime, unpaid leave, etc

· It actively contributes to the continuous improvement of team performance: it constantly identifies opportunities for improvement of its own activities and team;

· Participates in Kaizen events and RPS exercises as well as other events according to the HOS specifications at the function level: internal audits, third party, corporate, second part (clients, certification);

· Performs gemba walk / 5S audits / SOS audits / audits and identifies nonconformities;

· Use the LSW tool in daily activities and review its content quarterly.

· Participate in all meetings where his / her function is required (daily meetings 1,2 & 3 as appropriate, weekly / monthly meetings, etc.)

· Centralizes monthly data on departmental planning and achievements;

· Measures on daily basis and reports the performance of the department in the organization;

· Communicates with customers, contractors, engineers, technicians and other departments in the HBS;

· It is responsible for monitoring and achieving health and safety at work goals by ensuring occupational safety and protecting the health of employees by minimizing the environmental impact of the organization's activities through prevention, illness and pollution prevention continuous improvement of the H&S management system.

· Follows and responds to knowledge and compliance by all employees under the Emergency Situations rules and instructions and to internal regulations;
