Sr Field Service Specialist

Achieve successful on-site installation, servicing, troubleshooting and repair of security systems, including access control and video surveillance. Able to work without direct supervision and in a team environment. You will achieve continuous improvement initiatives in the field to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment.

Be the face of Honeywell with a professional appearance and strong communication skills to interact directly with the customer. You will troubleshoot on location to determine issues and understand basic repair procedures for complex equipment. Train the customer on proper usage of the system as required. Submit reports and paperwork in a timely manner.

Use knowledge of Honeywell solutions to enhance efficiencies and strive for continuous improvement of delivered project quality. Become a technical expert for complex Honeywell solutions/product offerings and share knowledge with the team.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • High School Diploma.
  • Knowledge of security systems including access control/video systems.
  • Ability to complete reports for customers and company required documents.
  • Must be able to follow and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
WE VALUE
  • Previous related technical/installation experience.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • A strong mechanical aptitude and experience related to installations.
  • Good written and oral communication.
  • Ability to follow instructions and identify mistakes.
  • Bachelor's Degree or technical/professional certificate.
