Design solutions to drive safe living and quality of life

Responsible for delivering the property strategy across the EMEA portfolio and driving the facilities management agenda across ADI EMEA locations. Responsible for cost management of all estate and for identifying savings opportunities in conjunction with our Parent Company Real Estate Team.

•Working with Senior and Regional Business Leaders, Country Sales Leaders and Branch Managers to meet operational metrics related to the provision of an effective Real Estate proposition.

•To manage all renewals, relocations, openings and closure of locations at least cost, to time and with the buy-in of the key stakeholders.

•To develop the Real Estate Strategy in conjunction with the EMEA Operations Lead to meet the growth ambitions of the ADI organisation. To provide leadership to a small team and provide the communication to ensure all parts of the ADI organisation are aligned.

•Leads and develops a team of employees and subcontractors in providing Facilities Management services across the ADI property portfolio.

•The role also combines portfolio management, capital projects and strategic planning to support regional business objectives, enable growth and optimize the effective use of ADI’s real estate assets. This involves managing all aspects of the Facilities & Real Estate processes, leveraging both internal functional partners and external service provider resources, from setting the relevant facility strategy right through to the delivery of the final operating solution.

Education and Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Experience required:

•Significant experience in retail branch network management

•Experience in facilities management and real estate

Qualification requirements & certificates

•Chartered Surveyor MRICS (ideally), or working towards professional status.

Professional Skills and Knowledge:

•Contracts management

•Experience of managing facilities
