You will lead the production planning process for an injection molding facility manufacturing footwear for

Honeywell’s Retail business, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. You will apply your expertise to analyze customer demand forecasts, assign priorities, and distribute production across shared tooling and equipment. You will make the decisions that ensure the factory is producing the right product in the right quantities with the right priorities to both meet customer requirements and allow the factory to operate efficiently and consistently. You will represent the factory in resolving issues with the Order Management and Customer Care functions, monitor inventory availability in the distribution center, report on delivery metrics at morning tier meetings, and perform strategic supply planning and capacity planning.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's Degree or 5 years' experience with production scheduling
WE VALUE
  • In depth experience and expertise with MRP/ERP systems
  • Strong experience and comfort working with Excel
  • Experience with SAP and repetitive manufacturing
  • Knowledge of manufacturing planning processes is desired
  • Knowledge of lean principles and rapid problem solving methodology
  • Experience with Supply Planning in a SIOP cycle
  • Knowledge of or experience with capacity planning processes
  • Attention to detail and awareness of the upstream and downstream effects of changes in the supply chain
