We currently have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Supply Chain Reporting Analyst for the Homes business.

The role can be based in Rolle (Switzerland) or Brno (Czech Rep.)

The Supply chain Analyst is the focal point in the business for developing, analyzing and communicating SIOP metrics & analyses and identifying opportunities to improve forecast and inventory management in Homes. This includes working closely with Factories, Lines of Businesses (LOB’s), Marketing, Finance and Planning Functions across Homes driving improvement opportunities based on fact-based analyses.

This is a diverse and dynamic role within a multinational, multi-cultural and multi-site business environment that is 50% focused on analyses & identifying opportunities for improvements in the supply chain, 25% collaborating & communicating findings with different functions / colleagues and 25% is focused on developing the SIOP reporting environment (including deployment to key users) & maintaining the SIOP planning tool.

The role requires a hands on mentality, strong analytical skills, supply chain experience combined with Business Intelligence / Reporting skills. This person is eager to learn, can find his / her way in a complex multinational, multi-site and multi-cultural environment and feels comfortable to communicate (mostly on distance) with different functions / colleagues based at different locations.

Responsibilities:

Performance Reporting & Analyses

  • Continuous and pro-active tracking of KPI’s; root cause analysis
    • Maintain reporting documentation

  • Discovery and communication of accurate meaningful patterns in data, enabling profitable growth
  • Effectively process large amounts of data into meaningful information
  • Develop & communicate actionable insights through problem definition and the application of statistical models against existing and/or simulated future data
  • Visualize data & knowledge to present complex information quickly & clearly

SIOP Process & Proje ctsSIOP Process & Projects

  • Work on own initiative, showing creativity identifying opportunities to drive improvements in demand / supply balance, metrics and SIOP process
  • Act as the Super User of the SIOP Planning software; ensure stable planning environment, train and support key users, maintain forecast & inventory policies and develop changes in planning software as needed
  • Validate SIOP data on a regular basis and perform reconciliations as required
  • Participate in projects in support of overall SIOP strategy

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration or likewise
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting and understanding of supply chain chain concepts
  • Proficiency in SAP R/3 and SAP BI, any other BI tool is a plus (e.g. Business Objects, Tableau, Cognos)
  • Fluent English
WE VALUE
  • Extremely comfortable with MS Office (Excel macro’s / scripts, Access, PowerPoint) and SQL (queries against Oracle and SQL database)
  • Experience in planning and demand & inventory planning software such as SAP APO and Logility is preferred
  • Exposure to complexities of doing business in a large organization
  • Business Analysis and Quantitative Skills - Approach problems and business situations methodically and analytically with factual information
  • Effective communicator
  • Ability to multitask and manage prioritiesa
  • Ability to travel occasionally
