Process invoices for different companies, managing a variety of systems. Do error resolution to special cases, such as: PO issues, invoice discrepancies, urgent payments, credit hold, reconcilations of suppliers' statements, communicate with key stakeholders :Finance, Payroll, Procurement etc. The AP agent will

be involved in projects that require high quality and fast learning related to improvement ideas and transitions.

Make an impact on management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

Execute strategies to achieve committed performance.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance. Accounting knowledge.
  • Relevant experience in AP process.
  • English level (60%)
  • Strong Customer Services.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • SAP or similar ERP.
  • Detail Orientation
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Ability to Prioritize and coordinate multiple task
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Accuracy and speed in data entry.
  • Deep knowledge in end to end process: Procure to pay.
