on-site store surveys at supermarket stores to validate the physical refrigeration system including but not limited to rack, condenser, heat reclaim, subcooler, circuit, defrost schedule, and case information
on-site, collect photos of the equipment plates, refrigeration controller historical data, and controller configuration backups
HON’s proprietary software/mobile application to build initial virtual store model based on store survey for TECHNOLOGY
commercial team during customer visits and make technical presentations as needed
execution and validation of refrigeration system recommendation at customer sites by store personnel or 3rd party contractors
train the trainer sessions to HON field service engineers, customer technicians, and/or 3rd party contractors on field service activities
and manage field service training material (e.g. manuals, SOPs, videos, etc.)
strategy to develop in-house expertise on refrigeration controllers (e.g. configuration, historical data, file naming/data format output, field names) through controller procurement, in-house lab management, and data mapping to software
strategy to ensure end to end data connectivity between customer and HON; development of drivers to acquire data from controllers; HON remote JACE box

•5+ years of commercial / supermarket refrigeration experience
•3+ years of experience setting up, configuring, and working with one or more supermarket refrigeration controllers (e.g. Carel, Dixell, RDM)
•Experience with BACNET, LONWorks, Modbus, and other controller APIs
•Familiarity of network infrastructure, IIOT (Industrial Internet of Things), mechanical system design, service
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Quick learner and ‘can do’ attitude
