Development Manager role for Honeywell PMT is responsible for leading Asia
business growth in both B2B and B2C business and drive new product
commercialization for new market/application/business model development with
Lean Startup approach. Reporting to Asia Pacific Senior Strategy & Marketing
Manager, this role will support the execution of Business Unit 5-year strategic
plan and lead day-to-day marketing projects to deliver annual and medium term
financial results. This Market Development Manager role is responsible for
conducting segmentation, developing go-to-market strategies and managing market
plan implementation. This role will also lead new opportunity exploration,
market assessment, and new customer / channel development by leveraging
external and internal resources.

* Execute 5-year Strategic Plan that enables the
business to grow faster than market.
* Support new marketing initiatives to drive
* Lead regional business growth in both B2B and
B2C areas with close collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, Technology,
Marketing Communications and other cross functions.
* Directly engage with customers and industry
stakeholders to understand market trends, competitive intelligence, technology
roadmap and customer needs.
* Conduct customer segmentation, develop
go-to-market strategies (product, pricing, channel, communication) and
translate to actionable projects/plans for implementation.
* Responsible for new product commercialization
and develop effective value propositions and sales tools to support customer
pipeline and channel development.
* Other related activities that drive PMT business both top line and bottom
• Basic Candidate Qualifications:

o Bachelor’s Degree
o Minimum 3 years of marketing experience within
o Proven project management skills, effective self-starter and results driven
o Good communication skills both written and
verbal in Chinese and English
o A MBA is highly desirable
o Proven track record and experience in field
marketing activities including product management, segmentation, pricing, voice
of customer (VOC), new product development and marketing communications.
o Ability to link strategies to financial
o Possess the combination of strategic thinking
and drive to achieve tangible results
o Ability to take actions and implement
effective solutions in a timely manner
