Sr Investigative Support Specialist, Shanghai, HGS, CORP

Perform routine investigations for numerous customers, to include Human Resources, Integrity & Compliance, and all Strategic Business Groups. You will be required to prepare clear and concise investigative reports based upon findings as a result of your investigation. You will be responsible for preparing training materials based upon identified gaps and act as a subject matter expert and assist in training HR Generalist and other Honeywell employees assigned business conduct investigations.

Act as an investigative subject matter expert for Honeywell

Ability to conduct thorough and fast investigations drawing unbiased conclusions supported by solid facts

Address all emergency investigative matters and draw basic conclusions

40 Conduct routine interviews

30 Prepare investigative reports

30 Gather information
