Deep dive business situation in each sub-region by different product line, propose suitable solution on pricing related factors like Price, Freight, Rebate, SEA etc. work with team to generate proper action plans to improve price. Conclude general summary/proposal/estimation at GC and APAC level for reporting and review purpose.
Develop efficient analysis tool to help: 1. Management team understand situation well and in time. 2. Each BUs quickly find out root cause and set up action plans. 3. Measure the result of actions and analyze the actions result.
Monthly Review result preparation, on time and accuracy, coordinate with teams in sub-regions to meet global requests.
AOP coordination and setting up. Work with team on marketing trend/situation, company topline and bottom line target to set up pricing strategy and estimate the price impact. Follow the AOP process, team work with finance, sales and marketing team.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a Business related discipline;
5 years of directly related experience in increasingly responsible roles;
MBA is a plus;
Superior analytical skills and strong capabilities in Microsoft software suites (Excel - Advanced, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint - Intermediate, Access - Basic);
Ability to work with and create complex financial models;
Must be highly motivated, goal and results oriented;
Self starter with demonstrated ability to utilize leadership and planning skills to complete complex projects on schedule;
Ability to develop effective working relationships through teamwork and influencing skills;
Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with all levels of the organization;
Ability to integrate pricing tactics with the broader product marketing strategies;
Demonstrated ability in utilizing Six Sigma Plus tools to drive process improvements and problem resolutions;
Good presentation skills.
