As a Training Leader, you will be responsible for the oversight, direction and coordination of the site’s training requirements. Ensure that training records are kept for all required training. Ensure Training matrices are up to date so that all training gaps are easily identified. Preparing and updating following materials for all operating jobs: Lesson Plans, Tests, Piping and Instrument Diagrams, Operations Manuals, Operation Field Certification Tests. Conduct pre-employment testing as required. Conduct OJT training classes as requested / required. Conduct forklift training, certification and re-certification as required for plant personnel. Monitor re-certification schedules and conduct training to ensure compliance with guidelines. Support Regulatory Agency compliance through development and delivery of required training, conducting internal audits, and implementing changes as needed (this includes but is not limited to DOT, OSHA, PSM).
Assist department heads with identification of training needs for personnel as required by ISO, QS, cGMP, etc.
25 Knowledge of safety procedures and practices
25 Knowledge of regulatory requirements (OSHA, DOT, PSM, ISO, QS, etc.)
25 Acquire certifications necessary to conduct training (DOT, forklift, etc.)
25 Review all procedures for site requiring training of operations personnel.
