  • ZRIT orders to COE (1093, 1062, 1098, 1057). To perform core returns in a timely manner.
  • Review RH orders to reduce non-AGI inventory.
  • ASL parts that need to monitor and chase for stocks tomeet safety level
  • Answer queries from workshop and customers
  • Explore all options like request quote from HAT, place POand chase for delivery of HAT
  • Involved in stock take, print count sheet, tally count qty at the end of the day.
  • AOG standby
  • Attend dangerous goods (DG) training and certified as DG specialist to release DG shipments.
  • Support export control activities and focal point for releasing and assigning correct license on export control SRU.

    30 Organize monthly meeting to monitor inventory

    30 Solve material related problems

    30 Provide data and analysis

    10 Engineering Change Requests

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Degree in business management or supply chain
  • SAP Knowledge is advantageous
WE VALUE
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing planning
  • General knowledge with SAP Systems
  • Ability to initiate process improvement
  • Ability to work independently and take direction from others
  • Theoretical knowledge in materials management
