Work as project technical leader, driving the technical activities to enhance the global General Safety business. Co-work with project manager to transform the project objectives into solid realistic work plans. Constantly discuss and align activities with project team (sales, marketing, manufacturing, etc.). Manage project risk and analyze carefully. Technology development: Conduct technical feasibility assessment. Develop products/processes using existing and new technologies, methods etc.. Systematically summarize the technical results, findings, and draw conclusions. Teamwork: Implement and ensure compliance with company standards regarding EHS. Proactively maintain the network within global R&D team. Instruct, coach, develop, motivate and inspire lab team members. Hands on with applying best practices related to design re-use, platform approach. Drive Innovation: Continuously observe, analyze and assess scientific and technical trends in products, processes, applications, and industries. Closely follow and evaluate scientific literatures, publications, IP and draw conclusions accordingly, and file patents. Drive innovative solutions for sustainable business development; Establish complete integration of Comfort, Fit, Usability, Ergonomics and anthropometrics into the technology and product development process.
