Use your administrative and organizational skills to provide general administrative support to Honeywell Management Team. You will work closely with Management and interact with internal employees and external customers. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals whose organizational and communication skills ensure the smooth operation of travel plans, calendar coordination, complex meeting planning and other administrative business processes.

Act with a sense of urgency and focus on results, not activity

Under general supervision, review what needs to be communicated and to whom in a professional and courteous manner

Provide support in planning and coordination of travel, calendars and meetings

25 Calendar management

25 Presentation preparation

25 Email and phone correspondence

25 Indirect purchase coordination

YOU MUST HAVE
  • High School Diploma
  • 3 years experience in a similar role

  • Some administrative experience
  • Ability to follow instructions and assignments under supervision
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to focus on important information
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good typing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and other web based programs
