Sr. Subcontract Manager

Deliver business value through Right and Fast partnership

This position will lead the end to end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts. Starting with proposal and ending with fulfillment of the sales order. The subcontract leader will delivery compliant FAR15 packages to the government and work closely with Pricing and the Business team.

Responsibilities:

  • Detailed understanding of DoD Procurement Life Cycle
  • DoD procurement subcontracting experience (FAR15)
  • Build strong negotiation positions for contract and execute on those

    10 Supplier Source Selection

    30 Contract Placement with Supplier

    10 Prepare Bid Packages, RFI/RFQ & Proposal Priorities

    30 Analyze and Evaluate Proposal responses

    20 Administer Subcontracts & Customer in negotiations

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement or Supply Chain or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting

WE VALUE

  • Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations
  • Strong Negotiation Skills and Processes
  • 5 to 10 years of supply chain experience
  • Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or similar industry
  • 5 + years of experience managing subcontracts FFP, CP, CPIF, etc.
  • Experience with Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
  • Ability to negotiate terms and conditions
  • Experience with executing with subcontracts

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.Exempt Honeywell Aerospace Overview
