Materials Analyst - Planner II

Participate in the implementation of material purchasing, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions within Honeywell Aerospace. You will engage in the execution and follow up with policies, procedures and material control systems. You will identify and solve problems in and out of immediate work area independently and ensure materials are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements, while maintaining acceptable inventory levels.

Keep Honeywell's production lines moving by ensuring materials are well scheduled, evaluated and accurately delivered on time, every time

Continuously improve material management processes to drive better business results

Use your agility and ability to support clients to solve escalations and achieve metrics

20 Engage in the entire materials operation process

20 Complete Scheduling tasks to meet Team Metrics

20 Level load 5 week plan to established capacity

20 Coordinate among purchasing, production and engineering

20 Follow Health, Safety and Environment procedures and Honeywell’s Operating System

YOU MUST HAVE
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with MRP/ERP Systems
  • Ability to lead process improvement
  • Ability to work independently and take direction from others
WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Knowledge of manufacturing planning processes is desired
  • Knowledge in lean, six sigma tools and problem solving methodology
  • Knowledge in Project Management
  • Mentor junior members
  • Strong experience in Materials management
