Small Satellite Sales Manager

Deliver business value through Right and Fast partnership

Network with industry leaders and build relationships with suppliers and small business to facilitate expanded sales opportunities. You will influence request for proposal requirements, develop prime/subcontractor options and teaming strategies, develop value propositions and win themes, and create pricing strategies. You will need to have a passion for industrial markets and products, and an ability to communicate with technical professionals.

  • Build a rich opportunity pipeline consistent with Honeywell's strategic plans
  • Contribute to business growth by providing Sales and Capture support for our Small Satellite Business
  • Provide technical knowledge in a team-based culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum US government DOD Secret level clearance with the ability to obtain top secret level clearance

  • Experience partnering with US satellite prime suppliers
  • Extensive experience in Small Satellites
  • Master's Degree in Business, Finance or Marketing
  • Strong business acumen and strategic analysis as well as financial experience
  • Technical understanding of customer requirements
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Experience with project planning, scoping, and execution in a phase-gate and/or agile environment
  • Deliver on complex problems without guidance
  • Deliver presentations with ease, engage audiences
