* Sr. Staffing Specialist *
The Sr. Staffing Specialist will lead all efforts in the end to end recruiting lifecycle for full time positions in your designated business area.You will use modern tools and approaches while sourcing and recruiting top and diverse talent across very niche businesses. You will work closely with and coach business and HR leaders to determine staffing strategies to identify, attract, screen, recruit and on-board top candidates for the Transportation Systems business.
You will apply your staffing proficiency to drive established standards and implement improvements
Build a sustainable end to end staffing center of excellence to enable organizational growth
Utilize right and fast staffing processes and strategies to attract and hire the best talent
Source, screen and recruit talent
Partner with leaders
Ensure staffing compliance
Analyze data & improve processes
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to partner with and influence multiple stakeholders
• Some Human Resources experience
• Proficiency and experience recruiting in a corporate environment
• Creativity in developing sourcing strategies and driving change
• Ability to source passive candidates
• Experience and proficiency in end to end recruiting cycle
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
