In this role you will lead a team of technical support engineers, focusing heavily troubleshooting electro/mechanical, software, and controls issues. You will drive focus on accuracy, timely feedback, and customer satisfaction. You will drive systemic and thoughtful troubleshooting, resolution, and root cause analysis. You will build internal relationships to expedite complicated issue resolution. You will develop broad understanding of customer needs. You will support the knowledge-sharing mindset. You will help develop processes and drive continuous improvement as well as adherence to existing process. You will ensure proper documenting and recording of all activity and communication. You will focus on determining staffing needs, enable your team through continuous training, and lead them through building a deep bench of both technical and up-coming leaders.
