The Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing strategic, tactical and reporting activities for Retail. This is a high-visibility role with strong opportunities for growth in the organization. This role will report into the Global HIS & Retail Pricing Leader. Implement consistent strategic framework and coordinate planning for development and execution of pricing action. This includes coordination with key stakeholders (e.g.: Product management, Sales, Pricing Team, Sourcing, Marcom, etc…) to drive pricing actions. Analyze the special/deviated pricing for bids/quotes-understand rationale, develop/improve guidelines, processes and monitor performance. Strong emphasis on relevance, timeliness, integrity and accuracy. Insure all departmental activities and files are maintained in accordance with required internal requirements. Measure metrics to improve transactional pricing performance. (e.g.: % discounts, numbers of bids/quotes, win/loss rates, process cycle times, etc…). Participate in annual and interim price book updates and collaborate with Marcom on the internal and external communications. Troubleshoot any pricing inaccuracies in the systems/customer requests. Collaborate with Global HIS Pricing Leader to update the key business leaders on the pricing performance, key pricing topics and competitive information.

Coordinate specific customer level and/or end-user level big pricing projects (e.g.: Global RFQs)

Manage the system updated in multiple ERP systems

Develop monthly or quarterly pricing reports and analysis as required

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of strategic and tactical pricing experience with demonstrated results in leading a team to stretch targets
