HR Site Leader
-Performance Management, provide professional suggestion about legal requirements and Design relative policy.
-Employee Relations and Union Management Employee Engagement
-Talent management by supporting management in proactively assessing, identifying, acquiring ,and developing the human capital required to execute business strategy
-Implementation of Staffing, Training, C&B initiatives in conjunction with Centers of -Excellence HR functions • Honeywell Operating System support in OD, behavior change and communication.
-Change Management, Understanding the importance of workplace culture and how to influence culture to drive effective change and to be able to identify the need for change
-Drive Organization effectiveness by proactively assessing and managing the organization’s labor costs and talent quality to deliver competitive advantage for the business
-Support other project work as assigned

-Bachelors degree above with a concentration in Human Resources, Organization Development, Training, or related discipline and 10 years of professional HR experience. -Experience covering a wide range of HR functions (i.e. employee relations, staffing, compensation management, affirmative action, organization development, training, change management, employee advocacy and business partnership).
-Strong business acumen skills and quick learning capability HR experience with manufacture and strong customer service orientation.
-ER management and solid labor law knowledge.
-Good written/oral communication & presentation skills in both Chinese and English
